Notification Letter for Suppliers

 

尊敬的華友供應商：

 

Dear Suppliers of Huayou Cobalt,

 

浙江華友鈷業股份有限公司正在積極推進鈷供應鏈盡責管理體系，公司將逐步加強對供應鏈的盡責管理。在負責任鈷礦料采購上，華友要求供應商提供的礦料符合以下三個條件（請提供相關材料，見附件清單）：

 

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. is actively advancing Due Diligence Management System for Cobalt Supply Chain, and the company will enhance the Due Diligence for the Supply Chain progressively. Regarding Responsible Cobalt Mineral Sourcing, Huayou requests the minerals provided by the suppliers comply with 3 conditions as below (Please refer to the attached list to provide relevant materials):

 

1、礦料來源合規；

 

1. Conformance of Origin of Minerals;

 

2、礦料來源沒有童工等風險（對風險有嚴格的控制）；

 

2. No Child Labor Risk or others in the Supply Chain (Strict control to the risks);

 

3、礦料來源具有可追蹤性。

 

3. Traceability of Origin of Minerals. 華友將對供應商開展盡責管理，實施風險評估。華友只采購符合以上要求的鈷礦料，暫停與不符合要求的供應商的貿易合作。如有需要，華友將盡力為供應商提供盡責管理的指導與幫助。

 

Huayou will conduct Due Diligence to the suppliers and implement risk assessments. Huayou only sources the cobalt minerals that comply with above mentioned requirements, and will suspend trade relationships with the suppliers who fail to comply with the requirements. Huayou will spare no efforts to provide guidance and help for the suppliers if needed.

 

我們向外界做出承諾，相應地，我們期望我們的供應商有同樣的承諾。我們把以上條件作為供應商篩選的一部分，同時也將積極地監管供應商的合規性。讓我們攜手共創共享負責任的社會管理生態圈！

 

We commit to the public, accordingly, we expect our suppliers to make same commitments. We seem above conditions as part of our screening of suppliers, meanwhile we will actively monitor the conformance of the suppliers. Let’s create a shared and responsible ecosphere for social management together.
